Took a hike up to Helvellyn plateau earlier today, via striding edge. was a little chilly, my lucozade froze and I ended up with brain freeze 🥶
Some spectacular views to be had, beautiful untouched snow ❄️ underfoot too.

Welcome to Star Trekkers, Cumbrias No1 trail & trekking guides. Taking you along some of the best trekking routes the Cumbrian mountain range has to offer. With some untouched routes that we have mapped out specifically for our Star Trekkers. Come with us on a 24hour trek up some of the best mountains England has to offer. We will trek you to the summit of your chosen mountain, on our decent we will venture to our overnight camp where you can capture the sunsets and night time star constellations, waking early morning to witness the rising of a new dawn, possibly waking above the clouds to witness a Cloud inversion. We cater for all abilities, from beginners taster 1/2 day treks to advanced overnight treks and Adventure scramble trails. Send us a message for more info or to arrange your trek. Just give us the dates you want to go and leave the rest to us. We will plan and coordinate the whole experience, even supply the kit if needed for an extra cost. All as you need to do is meet us with you essentials and let us lead the way.
