We are always looking to welcome new members to our wee gym! We are so fortunate to have a very welcoming little community at ABF - great members and most of the coaches are ok too 🤪

If you want to try out ABF then we will go out of our way to help you settle in. We recognise that its not easy trying something new or going somewhere you've never been before. But ultimately this little gym is wanting to help you.

To get fitter.
To get stronger.
To feel better about yourself .
To improve your health and wellbeing.
And hopefully with a bit of craic along the way.

This Saturday we are running a hyrox style event for kids! A team of 2 kids can take part or a parent&child team and you can choose your run distance depending on age and ability.
