For those that attend my classes in the UCR church in Petts Wood,
just to let you know that they have introduced a recycling hub for old glasses/batteries/ink cartridges/ water filters and used stamps.
It’ll be great to be able to recycle all of these things in one place. 😊

Monday MELT class starts
7th March @ 9.30am in Petts Wood.

The MELT Method is a gentle self-care treatment using different techniques to reduce and get out of pain, by using a soft foam roller and small balls. It also enhances mobility and stability and restores overall wellbeing.

What MELT isn’t - ironing yourself out on a foam roller like you would a shirt causing pain 😣

All equipment is provided, just bring yourself and a mat.

£60 for a six week block

Number of spaces are limited due to hall size, so please contact me to reserve your space or for further information.

Hi everyone.

Despite restrictions lifting on Monday 19th July, my classes will continue to be smaller in number to enable socially distanced mats and separate equipment for each class.

I will review again in September when hopefully the case numbers might have started to reduce.

Unless you were attending my matwork classes before the lockdown your request to join will be declined, as I am not taking on any new clients during this period. Thank you for your understanding.
