Morning...As I am going to be away for the foreseeable future and cant physically be there, Ria is now the only PT currently working at the gym......was always better than me anyway, annoyingly ;) I'm sure she will do all sorts of deals to keep me away but please contact her direct or through here.

For all things boxing and kickboxing and very soon PT, Francis joins and I know is very keen to continue classes in the Village Hall.

Although I am sure he will post himself, I have trained with him for over 10 years now, he knows his stuff, has his own club and he likes a chat....perfect!

I've known both Ria and Francis for years, I would be surprised if there were better locally......& Francis even likes kids (not like that), so may start kids classes ;D

Just so that you are aware, I will be down at Holborough this Thursday evening from about 6pm, sorting out various bits before I leave for Malta on Sunday.

Big thanks to those who came along to the first Holborough Boxing for Fitness tonight, decent (& even) numbers with everyone working hard & appearing to enjoy themselves.

Personally I enjoyed myself immensely as usual and really appreciated the support for the new class, even the interesting colour co ordinations!.

Had a couple of blow outs this week, so we do have a few extra spaces for next if anyone is interested :)

As the suns out and I'm in a good mood, I'm available from 6pm-8.30pm tonight at Holborough and offering 1 hour PT for only £30.

30 mins pad session still available for £20 but unfortunately no latte/biscuit deals, as am in training ;)

After many requests and a little bit of diplomacy, the first of hopefully a few new classes in and around Holborough, starting Friday 24th April.

Open to everyone regardless of fitness levels, ability or even where you live....places will be limited to 14 per session.

Pm to confirm your place, hate to go all salesy but it's likely numbers will fill up pretty quickly due to initial interest (famous last words)....
