LDF's Dancer of the month! (May)🎉 A huge well done to the following dancers...

Babies - Tanis
Tanis has had a brilliant month, he has been listening much more in training to his trainers and has been practising all of his routines in training and at home ready for upcoming competitions. At the last 2, he did absolutely fantastic in all of his routines and really stood out to us all. Keep up the hard work you cheeky boy!🤩 We're so proud of you!🧡

Dinkies - Tobias
This boy has improved in every single one of his routines. Tobias leads our Dinky flag section and has been working on his leadership skills as well as his spins & tricks! These last couple of months he has tried so hard in every training session, he is a pleasure to teach and just cracks on no matter which routine we're dancing. He smashing it lately, well done Tobias!🔥🖤

Tinies - Renesmee
Renesmee doesn't stop. She dances in all of the dinky routines, all of the tiny routines AND Junior flag!🙆‍♀️ Over the last few months her technique has come on leaps and bounds. I think everyone was mesmerised by her performance as Dinky Military Leader, nailing her 3 spin, 2 baton & 3 baton solo, a few tears were shed. Keep up the hard work Renesmee, you've been killing it lately kiddo!🤍

Juniors - Lacey & Charlotte W
Lacey is a credit to LDF. Although she's still fairly new to majorettes and she doesn't always get on with her baton🙆‍♀️, she dances in all of the Junior routines, as well as 3 Senior routines. She's always at training ready to learn and during breaks you'll often find her working on her spins or illusions in the corner of the sports hall🤩. Her routine knowledge and Baton technique has improved so much, keep it up. Well done Lacey!🧡

Charlotte is a pleasure to teach, every week she comes to training ready to learn. She gives every routine 100% effort and it hasn't gone un-noticed. Although she doesn't see the improvement, we do!! Her sassiness when she performs her Junior pom mascot role is unmatched🔥 she's a joy to watch in training and on the arena. She always asks for feedback on what she can do better in training. Soph wasn't supposed to be dancing this year however, she decided to be a stand in for anyone unable to attend competition. Not 1 but 2 routines she learnt in a short space of time so we didn't have to change all of the formations at our pom & mil competition. Babies: Malia🤍
Malia has being an absoloute superstar this last month. Working hard on her technique and nailing 1 spins with a flag and Baton as well as learning the dinky routines! In April, Malia took to the arena floor for the first time as baby flag mascot and she absolutely nailed it, so much so, she brought a tear to the eyes of her mum, dad & trainers!🥹✨️ Our sassy pants, we are so so proud! Ruby has being amazing lately, not only pushing herself and working hard on her baton technique but also helping out others when they need it!💪 Dinky flag was the last routine to get finished and at first we had a few forgetful moments in the routine, however Ruby was on hand to help us trainers out and off her own back, went to help her friends learn the moves they struggled with. Charlotte doesn't stop. Whether it's training the kids, helping choroegraph routines or learning new moves. She's always on the go! Lately though, we've seen such a huge improvement in her baton technique. She will always say she can't do something but then pushes until she's got it. This little girl has not stopped, whether she's at home, in training or at competition she's always practising! Renesmee has been seriously pushing her baton and flag technique lately, we challenge her to something new each week and you would think we had asked her to jump out of a plane😯😂 not even a few minutes later she's up practising 'said move' and nailling it🙆‍♀️ this little lady gives it 100% in absolutely everything that she does and has become a stunning all-round dancer and is now dancing in Juniors too! Clarissa is another Dinky that has been working super hard on her technique including her 2 & 3 baton tricks! Mia has been twirling for around a year now and I don't think we could ever imagine our Tiny, Junior or Senior team without her.
