Saturday mornings 1-1 sessions are now available.

8.00am until 9.00am

10.30am until 11.30am

Sessions can be in a very equipped gym or at a location of your choice.

£20 a session.

Also boxing classes are on a Thursday night 6.00pm until 7.30pm. £10 a session.

Whether you are looking to get into shape or learn a new skill. Our 1-1 sessions and classes will allow you to achieve your goals.
