Hi, Im Lauren Bowyer and I run 3 Zumba classes a week. St Philips Church hall Palm Bay. Monday 6-7. Beginners level. St Philips Church hall Palm Bay £4
Tuesday 7.30-8.30. Advanced class. Holy Trinity Margate. £4

Or 2 classes a week for £6! I trained as a professional dancer at Phil Winstons Theatreworks College and Agency for 3 years. During this time I gained my International Dance Teachers Asso

ciation Pre- Associate 1 & 2 Modern Jazz teaching qualifications. After working abroad and in UK Theatre tours I started teaching at Masque Theatre School, which is also where I started my dance training at the age of 9. I love to teach and wanted to expand this beyond dance and into fitness. This is why I became a qualified Zumba Instructor. I love the freedom of movement Zumba allows you and the stamina it builds up. Its great fun and you need no prior experience in dance or fitness. Its about your own self improvement. Every class feels like a party! Come join me and have fun toning up and burning calories. You don't have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to you joining our party!
