Dieting a travel can be a hit or a miss. You either nail it or don’t.

As in your the driver and can’t eat and drive or the passenger princess who falls asleep 10mins in to the drive.

Temptation’s can run higher than temptation island when you are bored, peckish and at a petrol station.

All the comfy snacks that make you ‘feel good’

Wouldn’t you rather have your calories put into a decent meal either the next day or that evening?

That’s what I teach my clients. Be prepared. A protein bar if needed but just wait.

You will survive. It’s not life or death you have just built it up in your head more than it actually is.

Blaming travel is not helpful. It just makes it more difficult.

If you know travel is part of your life take appropriate steps.

- Do you need a massive breakfast pre travel?
- Can you snack or a protein bar?
- Are you hungry or just bored? (We both know it’s boredom)
- Book a evening meal that makes you want to save calories for when traveling? But still you don’t need to go all out!
