Big shout-out to Kirk at Unifit Training without whom I would NEVER have thought of running!!! He’s dragged me out in inclement weather, through mud and in my lowest moods (when he’s even bought me a coffee to encourage me 😂😜🙏🏼). I’ve seen beautiful parts of Kenilworth I never even knew existed and I ALWAYS returned home in a better frame of mind. Now I have to be a big girl and drag myself out all alone!!!! OK, it was easy today in the sunshine but I’m soooo grateful Kirk showed me anything was possible (at any age!!!). Thanks Kirk. Virtual stuff next on the cold days? 🤦🏽‍♀️😉
