The fourth trimester refers to the first 12 weeks after birth—a time of huge physical, emotional and mental adjustment.

While so much focus is placed on pregnancy and birth, the postpartum period is equally important.

✨ Your body is healing.
✨ Your routines are changing.
✨ You’re learning to care for both yourself and your baby.

Remember, recovery isn’t a race. Rest is productive, asking for support is a strength, and every small step forward counts.

This beginner-friendly workout is designed to help strengthen your legs and glutes while improving overall fitness and mobility ✨

⏱️ 12–15 minutes
🔥 Estimated calorie burn: 50–100 calories

🤍 Beginner Modifications:
• Reduce repetitions if needed.
• Hold onto a chair or wall for balance.
• Take extra rest between exercises.

✨ Intermediate Challenge:
• Complete 4–5 rounds instead of 3.
• Add dumbbells or resistance bands.
• Reduce rest periods between rounds.

🤍 Beginner Modifications:
