Evening all, just a gentle reminder that our last training session for this year will be 12th December rather than 19th December. This is due to Everyone Active not having the staff available and the fact both sites Castle Farm Leisure Centre and Abbey Fields Swimming Pool are scheduled to be closed due to the rebuild happening. As previously mentioned in the kids and adults class, in the new year we will be moving to Everyone Active Meadow Community Sport Centre in Kenilworth on Leys Lane. Our first session back will be 9th January 2022.

I thought I would share this slipping technique which has worked over for me over the years. This technique avoids receiving the impact of a low kick and then responding with a left head kick. Enjoy 👍

Shadow Boxing is also another area that you can work on. Think about your combinations learnt, blocking and countering. My old stable mate Damien Trainor from Kstar Legancy also posted a recent video regarding shadow boxing and is also a must watch.
