Today’s teaser about the upcoming sale on Saturday
Why we do it !
Amongst all the bikes and sales there is a reason why we do what we do.
Not just to earn a living but something else more important.
We raise money for charity through donated bikes.
This weekend we are raising money for Remember Rufus.
Tragically 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss and on average 15 babies are born Angels or become Angels in the first 4 weeks of life everyday.

Remember Rufus is a charity set up after Rufus our Nephew Rufus came into the world already sleeping.

It’s helping charities like this that is why we do what we do.

This month alone we have supported
MND Association
FoodBank
Joseph Cash School
Kenilworth Lions Grand Show
And some other situations that we can’t really explain but a couple of people in need have received help and support and this is only possible because of donated bikes.

Yes your old bike makes a real difference to the community.

Our Big Bike Sales are an opportunity for people to come and just buy our bikes without using Facebook.
It’s not just Big Bikes we also sell a full range of bikes from small children’s to large adult bikes.

The bikes are at our standard fantastic prices, I’ve always tried to be competitive with our prices most bikes are a third of the price of new bikes.
With the size of the hall we have room for more bikes so we can have 15-20 more bikes at a sale so we’ll have around 80 plus bikes.

I put Children’s or Girls bike and the size on the post.
It’s always best to buy the biggest bike possible for your children, so it will last longer before you need to get the next size up.

Please stop asking “will this fit my child?”
With no information provided
If you don’t know the height of your child
Please don’t expect a stranger to know !
And parents there is absolutely no such thing as an average child height

Adults bikes will just have the frame size
Your inside leg measurement minus 10-12 inches gives you a good frame size
An adult bike is measured by the frame with 26”,27.5”,700c or 29” wheels
Or
4’8”-4’10” 12 inch frame
4’11”-5’ 13 inch frame
5’1”-5’4” 14 inch frame
5’4-5’6 15-16 inch frame
5’6-5’8 17-18 inch frame
5’8-6’. 18-20 inch frame
Over 6’. 21-23” inch Frame

Children’s bikes are done on wheel size
20” wheels suits 6-9 years old 120-137 cm tall
24” wheels suits 7-11 years old 125-145 cm tall

You will need to comment on the bike (please limit yourself to 2 bikes to prevent too many bikes being blocked so others can have a fair chance) you are interested in first comment gets first priority and then arrange a 30 minute time slot to view, ideally within one working day I can’t hold stock longer due to demand and Sundays I’m closed
We ask you to comment on the post so all the information is in one place
You would be surprised by how many try to get around someone else who as reserved a bike, by phoning, messaging etc

PLEASE NEVER TURN UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT
Please don’t comment on bikes if you have no intention of actually viewing.
About 2-3 people a week reserve bikes and do not show up, losing us valuable sales.
The reason we ask this is that occasionally I might need to be out At appointments
