π Iβm Alan Townsend, founder of A.T. Total Fitness β a fully qualified, self-employed Personal Trainer now working from Harborough Leisure Centre Gym.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I served in The Parachute Regiment and worked over 26 years in frontline roles with Warwickshire and Kent Police. I bring that same structure, discipline, and accountability into how I coach β supporting real people with real lives to make real progress. I now help busy people, parents, over-40s, under-18s, and beginners develop strength, structure, and long-term health β through tailored fitness, nutrition, mindset and support.
