YES!!! I’m back in the studio as of next Thursday 6.15pm starting with a Vinyasa class for all. An hour of steady movement all within your range and abilities.
Other classes starting next week are:
Saturday 20th Aug - 9.30am Beginners yoga all the basics
Sunday 21st Aug - 11am Dynamic vinyasa a fun movement with a few quirky transitions and poses thrown in
So happy to be getting back in the Studio.
