Strickland Badminton Club Strickland Badminton Club is based at Kendal and welcomes anyone over 16 who are looking to join a friendly club for social and league play.

New members always welcome We are a well established club who play weekly, most weeks of the year. We welcome players over the age of 16, and offer both friendly drop in and play sessions as well as opportunities to play competitively as part of a team in the Westmorland Badminton League. Feel free to drop us a message anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Another great club night 🏸 has passed with even more new faces! 🤩 Keep them coming!

✨The Summer Badminton Club🏸✨ (16+) is back up and running on a Tuesday night (20:00-21:30)!

The summer club player of the week is a bit different this time round. Rather than focusing on achievements on court or at the club, news has reached us that someone has passed their driving test 🚗🚗 and that certainly deserves some recognition ! So, the summer club player of the week is 🏆SAM🏆. The shuttle is no longer the only thing you’re driving! (Poor badminton pun) 🚗🏸

Badminton at Kendal Leisure Centre!

The Summer Badminton Club (16+) is back up and running on a Tuesday night (20:00-21:30)! We’ve had a nice turn out last night with a few new faces, which we love to see!

The summer club player of the week goes to our very own 🏆JOE🏆 who has been nothing but consistent with his badminton and has recently been delegated the job of taking care of our club bag and shuttles (which we are very grateful for!).
