I currently offer Pilates, Piloxing, Circuits, and Full Body Fitness Classes in these areas.

These classes work on a full body approach, and beginners are welcome. We move at our own pace in an encouraging environment with lots of friendly faces!

I want to help you achieve your fitness goals, to gain exercise confidence, and to have fun whilst doing it.

Yesterday I had the privilege of being asked to instruct an exercise session for the amazing team at Sedbergh Primary School and what fun we had!

I think this is such a fantastic activity for the School to provide for their staff as we all know how important movement is for both physical and mental health.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

If more employers provided a physical activity for their employees throughout the year I can only imagine how much staff welfare and productivity would climb!

As always my session plan consisted of fun & energetic exercises, performed safely, with options to increase/decrease exercise intensity, encouraging the group to move at their own pace, and to enjoy moving their body.โœจ

You all brought such good energy and I hope to work with you again soon ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป. Thanks for having me!

Hereโ€™s a snippet of my 2025, itโ€™s always hard to choose a handful of moments to share!

Iโ€™m always grateful to have such an amazing fitness community who support my business, but this year has hit even harder. I will be eternally grateful to each of you who have welcomed me back to work with open arms after my maternity leave. After taking time off to welcome our little legend into the world, there was never any guarantee of what my business would look like when I restarted work. But you have all given me the best return, like a big hug for my heart. ๐Ÿ’ž

Exercise for me personally is therapy. Itโ€™s stress relief. Itโ€™s happiness in movement and expression. When you choose to exercise with me these will be some of the main benefits we will focus on, as well as building your exercise confidence, increasing your strength, and improving your body functionality, mobility, and flexibility.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

I love my job and I love working with so many incredible humans every week. Roll on 2026 and all the new adventures it holds for my little business ๐ŸŽ‰
