MSc in Physiotherapy in the bag 🎓
For a long time I regretted doing my undergraduate degree in sports science. I made a mess of it being honest.
It was a 4 year degree which I stretched out to 6 years because I failed twice. I used to be so embarrassed of this fact that I’d try to hide it from most people.
And when I worked strictly as a personal trainer for a number of years, I still regretted it because a lot of PTs just do a 12 week course before they can legally train people.
For this reason anyone can become a PT…but very few become successful at it and last over a year.
I had spent 6 years of my life studying/failing so I felt like I had wasted my time 😅
However, doing this undergraduate degree allowed me to enter a 2 year physiotherapy MSc, and now I work as a physio whilst still coaching a select number of clients online.
What was the difference between me doing very well in an MSc and constantly failing at undergraduate degree?
1️⃣ Extra maturity
2️⃣ Being focused and working harder
3️⃣ Asking others for help (mainly my missus)
My point is sometimes you think you have made the wrong choice in life, but then time shows that it was the right one 🙌
