📣 Weekly round up 📣

Busy classes this week as we ramped up our preparation for the grading in 2 weeks 😎

Monday’s first class we split into 4 groups lead by Sensei D. Young, Sensei S. Young, Sensei Currie and Sensei Miocinovic to cover all different aspects of the syllabus 👍 Senseis Rosher, Chiodo and Feltham were on hand to assist in groups and split these down further where needed 👌

Second class was a look at what 🟤 and 🟤 ⚪️ needed for their upcoming grading 🙏

Wednesday was all manner of kata up to Heian Sandan in the first class with some kihon and kumite sprinkled in 💥

Second class we touched on Heian kata, Tekki Shodan, Bassai Dai, Ji’In before looking at Seipai 🙏

Fantastic effort across the board! Keep up the hard work at home 🤩

We go again Monday 🙇🏻‍♂️🥋

Busy week coming up!!

🚨 Weekly round up 🚨

First class, we were working in 3 different groups:
Senseis S. Young, Chiodo and Feltham took the beginners through Takiyoku Shodan 😎
Senseis Currie and Rosher took 🔵 🔴 through set 1 and the whole of Takiyoku Shodan 💥
Senseis D. Young and Miocinovic took 🟠 ➡️ 🟤 🔴 through the rest of the kihon ippon kumite 💪

Second class was a focus on kihon for those grading in a few weeks 👌

Tuesday night saw us touch on other kumite such as gohon and sanbon before a quick run through of kata in the first class 🌟
Second class was a touch on Bassai Dai before looking at Kanku Sho and bunkai 👊 🔥

Super classes and great to see everyone pushing themselves in preparation for the upcoming grading 🙏 also great to welcome some new students to our dojo 🤩 we go again on Monday 🙇🏻‍♂️🥋
