STOP 🛑 waiting for “motivation” to arrive!! It won’t!

It doesn’t just appear and all of a sudden you are ready to go!!

This incredible lady gets up to train, get her food together before work through DISCIPLINE 🫡 we built it, over time, persistence and never quitting!!!! She does NOT feel motivated to get up in the morning, she has built a routine and discipline through consistency 🤷🏻‍♀️

NOW; the version of her on the left is far more painful than the version on the right!!! SO, she pulls on that. She gets up for herself NOW because she wants to keep what she’s got…….

Is it hard to get here? Yes of course…….she has had to ride the messy journey!! Keep going even when she doubted herself, done things she didn’t want to do for her future self……

Now it’s easy. Discipline leads the way.

There is NO easy option. No one can do it for you, they can support you, teach you, push you and give you the principles and tools but YOU have to change, it’s worth it!!
