Why you should get your bike serviced twice a year, once just before autumn and once after winter, the headset needed done as there was very little factory grease in it and the wheels had too much mud and water, if the wheels were left any longer they would have needed new wheels which is way pricier than a service 🤦

Heading to kelty after being out with KCC on a Saturday morning and can see 2 people pumping up a rear tyre, now I always ask fellow cyclists if they are OK, which these 2 weren't there was slime in the tubes and patches wouldn't stick, they pedalled from Edinburgh going to see the lavender fields then a dip in lochleven afterwards, so I nipped home and got the staffy bus and dropped them off at cowdenbeath train station, got a wee surprise delivered to my work getting a thank you letter and a coffee card, thank you Emma & Judith nice meeting both of you and hope yous can make it back and see the lavender fields and finally get you lochleven dip 👍
