Facilities available are many, offering well maintained paddock fields which have all been newly fenced and where troughs and fields are maintained daily. Clients are welcome to visit the Livery and chat with Mandy with all questions welcomed also. With the owner, Mandy, living on site you can be safe in the knowledge that along with throughout the day daily checks there is also late evening check
s carried out also to each livery. Available on site once a week will be a fully qualified freelance instructor for clients to work with if required. We cater for Mares and Geldings with parking available for horse boxes. Facilities include:
*Mains electric fencing
*A locakable tack and feed barn with an undercover tie up and tack area
*A Hippo hot shower area
*An equilibrium massage pad
*On and off road hacking
*A farm ride purpose built good circuit with a track for cool off/warm ups and a section for uphill work, cantering or galloping
*The fields are poo picked daily
*An auto water feeder is available and hay is offered in the winter months

*20x30 indoor arena with kickboards and mirrors
*20x40 purpose built grass dressage arena
*25x50 outdoor all weather arena
*50ft Monty Roberts lunge pen
*A cross country practice area with a selection of quality jumps QHSJ
Facilities are also available for public use either morning, afternoon or all day this comes with the option to turn out in a 5 acre paddock whilst enjoying lunch or a break. Toilet facilities are also available for clients. Please contact Mandy for more information and prices.
