Keighley Krav Maga Krav Maga is self-defense created to be suitable for everyone to protect themselves. I don't teach fighting, I teach self defence.

I will be putting together videos of the guys in the classes training and sharing these so that they can see their techniques. I just want to help people learn self defence, I'm not in it to make money or prove anything, as I just love learning and teaching myself. Over the years I have worked with various KM institutions and instructors and will continue to do this as I have learn't that a lot of

affiliations do things slightly different. My aim is to teach self defence and have a range of skills and techniques from different people that will ultimately help people safe. Pleas let me know any questions or if you want to work with us in making people safer. Remember the best way to be safe is stay out of the way, but should you need to defend yourself then make sure you have options and know your escape routes. If you want to fight then see Jai Muay Thai, I have taught for Robin for over 10 years and still love that as much as ever.
