If you really enjoyed visiting Woodside this weekend, or seeing the pics of all the improvements please consider helping. Firstly, It all started with Tim Ferguson getting the land to establish a not for profit venue, Secondly supported by businesses to get the ball rolling, followed by donations from Cat Ferguson and Imogen Wolf to build the Wolf Cat Bridge. Then a local club Ilkley contributed, to buy the containers and build the new Bridge., which looks great. Well, it looks like it was a great day at Woodside at our first CX event of the season. Congratulations to Lancaster Cycling Club and NWCC. Well done everyone I hope you like the improvements to the venue.

The Woodside Building Crew have been working very hard this week despite the weather, and the site is looking fantastic in preparation for today's NWCCA race promoted by the Lancashire CC. Lots of new obstacles, but plenty of flow. Is there going to be mud, of course? It's CX, but with the built-in wash station, it will be fine.

Great to see Tim (the brains behind Woodside and of Cats dad) being able to support Gravel North with the loan of tents. Good luck with the event.

The Cyclo-cross season is nearly on us, Woodside is looking forward to welcoming North West CX and Yorkshire CX to the centre. Be great to see what folks think of the ongoing improvements.
