🚨 Class Update 🚨

Just a quick reminder that there are no classes tonight at the Good Shepherd Centre.

There will also be no classes on Thursday evening at the Good Shepherd Centre this week.

✅ Thursday night in Silsden is still going ahead as normal, so if you’re booked onto the Silsden session, I’ll see you there!

Thank you for your understanding and supporting my new role as a district counsellor.
Normal classes at the Good Shepherd Centre will resume next week.

⚠️ CLASS CANCELLED TONIGHT ⚠️

Due to the extreme heat and high temperatures this evening, tonight’s classes will unfortunately be cancelled.

Your health and safety always comes first, and exercising in these conditions could put people at risk of dehydration, dizziness and heat exhaustion. Please take care of yourselves, stay cool, drink plenty of water and avoid overdoing it in the heat.

We’ll be back as soon as temperatures are safer and more comfortable for everyone. Thank you so much for understanding and stay safe everyone
