Kegworth Town Cricket Club

Kegworth Town Cricket Club Members of the Everards Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket League and Leicestershire Youth League.

We have two Saturday League Teams - In 2024 our 1st XI will compete in Division 1 of the Leicestershire & Rutland League, with our 2nd XI playing in Division 4 West. Our thriving Junior section has teams at Under 10, Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 age groups. We are also an All Stars & Dynamos Cricket centre for boys and girls aged 5 to 11.

🚨🌳TRAINING IS OFF🌳🚨

We've made the decision to cancel tonight's All Stars and Dynamos sessions as well as the normal training for U11, U13 and U15 squads..

With rain throughout the morning and the forecast showing little improvement, we feel this is the safest and most sensible decision for everyone involved.

The session will be rearranged for Thursday 9th July.

🌳🏏Presidents Day is coming! 🏏🌳

Sunday 30th August sees one of the highlights of the Kegworth Town Cricket Club social calendar, as our 1st XI take on a President’s XI captained by former player Mark Ashcroft.

It’s always a brilliant day at the club, with former players returning, plenty of familiar faces, and a competitive match of cricket to enjoy.

The bar will be open and the BBQ will be fired up, so bring the family, catch up with former players, and enjoy a great day down at the club.

There were defeats for the U15, U13 and U11A this week, but the U11B had a superb win at home to Egerton Park on Friday Friday.
