DON’T STOP doing what you do !!
Just because it’s Christmas. Keep up with your runs, weights , walking, meditation…. Whatever it is you do to make you feel fantastic- keep it up while everything else goes on, as it will still make you feel fantastic!!, give you a sense of purpose, help those energy levels stay high and give an element of normality when in fact it’s anything but!!🤪
You will then start the new year on a roll 💥rather than having to climb the mountain of motivation, feeling like crap and making excuses.
Keep your nutrition in check, eat mindfully not sod it it’s Christmas and think of how much better you’ll feel !
Good whole foods, lovely Roast meats, veg etc. eggs for breakfast, good cheeses, sourdough bread, block butter. Dark chocolate and make it homemade where you can.
Avoid those seed oils, UPFS and chemically laden with sugar horrors and you will feel sooooo much better , you won’t have the slump and you certainly won’t have to ‘start again’- pointless.
Have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy being with your loved ones - that’s the best bit❤️
