Most started with little or no experience and have now went on to compete in MMA, boxing, BJJ and kick boxing within the first year.

Some action shots from last weekend's D-BOX Boxing Club show in Armagh.

We had a mix of teens and adults from our beginner courses getting their first experience at competing in front of a live audience.

This was a great show and a great opportunity for the lads to test themselves in a safe and controlled way.
