We’re excited to welcome new members to our Junior MMA programme.

Designed specifically for children aged 10–13, our classes provide a safe, structured and enjoyable introduction to Mixed Martial Arts, with a focus on developing confidence, discipline, fitness and respect.

Whether your child simply wants to stay active or dreams of competing one day, they’ll learn in a supportive environment with experienced coaching and a clear pathway to continue progressing through MFMA.

Our Teen MMA programme is designed to help young people develop both as athletes and as individuals.

With practical coaching experience at grassroots level, alongside a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, our aim is to make learning MMA safe, structured and enjoyable for complete beginners, while also providing a pathway for those who want to compete.

We’re very proud of the 3 lads who represented our club yesterday on Cage Conflict.
3 wins, all by submission, from 3 of the most consistent & hardworking lads in the gym.
We are a small rural club, but the quality we see throughout the week in every session is a testament to everyone who steps foot on our mats.
There’s plenty more to come this year, and we’re excited to show everyone what we can do.

It’s been a great start for our young fighters.

Most started with little or no experience and have now went on to compete in MMA, boxing, BJJ and kick boxing within the first year.
