Classes run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9.15am, 10.15am and again at 7pm. PT sessions are available out with theses times, please contact us for further information.

We’re opening up 10 Founding Bootcamp Membership places at No8 Gym for women who want to get fitter, stronger and more consistent — without spending hours in the gym.
Our Bootcamp sessions are just 30 minutes:
⏰ Monday–Friday: 6.00am–6.30am
⏰ Saturday: 8.00am–8.30am
Perfect if you want to get your workout done before the day takes over.
This is a Bootcamp Only Membership, giving you access to up to 6 bootcamp classes per week.
💥 Founding Offer: £20 per month for 6 months
After 6 months, membership will move to the standard Bootcamp Only price of £25 per month.
There are only 10 places available at this price — once they’re gone, this offer is gone.
No8 Gym is women-only, friendly, supportive and suitable for all fitness levels. You don’t need to be fit to start — you just need to start.

Around my 46th birthday, I was constantly bloated.
I told myself it was just menopause.
That there was nothing I could really do about it.
So I ignored it.
Then… I started looking after myself properly.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
Just a bit more each year.
I learned how to fuel my body.
I moved it consistently.
I stopped accepting “this is just how it is now”.
Fast forward to today:
✔️ 15kg lighter
✔️ More energy than I’ve had in decades
✔️ Stronger, clearer, and more confident than I felt in my 20s
And here’s the thing — it wasn’t extremes, fads, or suffering.
It was understanding my body and supporting it properly.
I now run a gym for women who want to tone up, feel better, and take control again — especially in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
