The main area Lisa wanted to lose bodyfat from was her back, something that really bothered her when trying to find new clothing. Usually comes off all areas but her back can be stubborn. We got there & we are still progressing.

Her determination has paid off working hard in & out of the gym no matter what, even after a 12 hour shift!
