Beginner-Friendly Workshop – Sunday 18th May, 9:00–11:30am

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, feeling a bit rusty, or just not progressing as you’d hoped – this workshop is for you.

Join CanDoPilates for a relaxed yet expert-led 2.5 hour session designed to give you confidence, clarity, and control. We’ll explore the foundational Pilates principles, build your understanding of key exercises, and finish with a full-body session that puts it all into practice.

What you’ll get:
• A step-by-step breakdown of Pilates fundamentals
• Hands-on guidance in a small group (max 6 people)
• A chance to ask questions and move at your pace
• All equipment provided – just bring yourself!

Whether you’re stretching it out on the mat or gliding on the Reformer, every session is designed with you in mind. No guesswork, no hiding at the back—just expert-led, tailored Pilates that meets you where you’re at (and takes you where you want to go).

We use magic circles, Pilates balls, Therabands, and hand weights to spice things up—and get muscles firing in all the right places.

New clients complete a pre-exercise form so we can get to know your body before we ask it to do anything clever.

As you can see Joseph Pilates is an absolute legend and favoured a hands on approach with his students. Similarly in my classes I teach his exercises applying the principles and intentions of each exercise to ensure students practicising Pilates are exercising safely.
