Big challenge today against a well organised side. We were a little slow off the mark to begin with but we eventually found our stride and netted a few well deserved goals before the first half was over.

The second half really tested our resilience and character, without fresh legs to bring on in the later stages of the game the lads were looking tired and it felt like a mountain to climb. Our lead had began to slowly slip from our grasp and we found ourselves on the back foot and in survival mode all the way to the final whistle.

The Win today was fine margins, but it showed that although it gets tough at times, we keep our spirits and positive energy going and it will pay off for us in the end.

Well done lads 👏 keep doing us proud! ⚽️

The Blues just couldnt get the result today and it ended a draw. That was arguably one of the toughest games we've played against a very good Seaham team. That's 11 games played now with only 2 defeats which is sharp turning into a fantastic season for the lads. Keep working hard, come on Shields!
