Hi everyone,

First and foremost, thank you so much for your continued support and choosing to use my services.

I wanted to let you know that I’ve just received a date for surgery to my hand, which has been arranged for 2nd February 2026. Recovery is expected to take around three weeks, during which time I’ll be unable to work. This will be closely monitored, and I’ll let you know when I’m available again.

If you have an existing booking during this period, I’m very sorry that I won’t be able to see you during that time. If you have any recurring appointments, they will remain in the diary, and all being well, I’ll be delighted to welcome you back hopefully by March at the latest.

If you have any niggles or were thinking of booking in before then, I recommend checking my online booking portal below and securing an appointment as soon as possible. Alternatively, feel free to contact me directly and I’ll be happy to book you in. I’ve opened my diary with additional days and extended hours up until 31st January 2026.

I also welcome your contact during my recovery phase, where I will be able to share any tips and exercises for those of you that would benefit from them.

Firstly, thank you to all my clients. Thank you for using my services. Thank you for all the recommendations that you have given to your friends and family to use my services. Thank you for all the positive reviews that you have posted online.

It is with deep regret that due to the ongoing covid situation and now being in tier 4, my governing bodies have advised me to temporarily stop seeing clients and offering close contact, hands-on treatments.

In response, I will be working on putting rehab and movement videos together, which I will be sharing with my clients as homework.

Going forward I’m also going to be using an online diary and clinic management software. My new website should finally be up and running in the next few weeks. And I’m going to be looking to create a blog/newsletter.

Lots for you to look out for.
