Some facts about me…

🩰 I have always loved exercise and I did ballet until I was 17

🧘🏼‍♀️I have been teaching for 30 years

🏃🏻‍♀️In 1994 I qualified as an aerobics instructor, then as a step instructor and then a gym instructor
2004- I did a Diploma in Personal Training
2005- I discovered Pilates and qualified as an instructor

🌏 2011-2021 I lived in Asia: Jakarta, Indonesia, Shanghai, China and lastly Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam. It was in Asia I fell in love with Yoga

🧘🏻 When I returned to the UK I started Yoga teacher training and qualified as 300 hour Hatha Vinyasa teacher in December 2023
