Our restorative yoga class felt like an adult sleepover: bolsters, blankets, gentle breathing, soothing music, and the calming aroma of essential oils. It was all about slowing down, melting into comfort, and giving ourselves permission to just be.
Thank you to everyone who joined and made the space so peaceful. 🌙💜
