Celebrating 25 Years in Personal Training

Today marks a milestone I’m incredibly proud of — 25 years as a personal trainer. What a journey it has been! From early morning sessions to late-night workouts, every rep, set, and conversation has helped shape me as a trainer and I’m still learning everyday!

To all my clients, past and present: thank you. You’ve trusted me with your goals, your challenges, and your time — and that means everything. I’m honoured to have been part of your health journeys.

To everyone I’ve crossed paths with in the fitness industry — coaches, gym staff, fellow trainers, and mentors — thank you !

So 2024 that’s a wrap !!

The dumbbells have been racked, the Deadmill has been put to bed for a well earned rest and the Burpees back in the fun box where they belong! It’s time to relax and have a bit of time off!

The next Bootcamp will be Saturday 4th January 2025 and I’m back to work Thursday 2nd for my PT clients.
