Bank Holiday Sunday Funday !

We have moved our funday from Holgates Green to our Gig sheds down at Porthmellon. Come on down for some great activities for all the family.

To keep you all entertained we have - Tug of war , pull a pin, hair braids and face paints, gold panning, clothes and book stall, tombola, raffle with some fantastic hampers in our gig colours put together by our crews, erg challenge, lucky dips, BBQ, drinks bar, tea, coffee and cakes and more.

We also have live music in the gig sheds and a gig talk by local boat builder Andrew Hicks.

It’s going to be an epic day. The weather won’t stop us from having fun so come on down to porthmellon beach and join in.

Come and support our fantastic gig club which also includes our juniors who will be running some of these stalls to raise money for their equipment

What a fantastic evening for Ocean Scilly Try Rowing!

We had 4 crews out in each session, with a brilliant turnout and lots of people getting out on the water and having a go at gig rowing.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, helped out and made the evening such a success.

Water Carnival

Yesterday the club joined in with the Water Carnival, which was back after many years, what a fantastic day it was!

Our Pull a Pin game and Erg Challenge went down a storm, with plenty of people having a go!

And it was brilliant to see so many people enjoying try rowing

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was great to see the club getting involved
