A day for you to completely let go, relax, trust and be guided through a mystical mandala of restorative practice. Guided meditations, medicinal breath work, gentle stretches and a magical seascape of deep healing sound vibrations, gratitude journaling and sharing circle
Sunday 1st January • Activate & Ignite
A day for you to reset and activate your innate magnificence, as you are guided through a mystical mandala of powerful Kundalini Kriyas, asana, meditations and sound activations to ignite your inner fire. A powerful sound immersion will evolve into a journey of Chakra dance activation and intention setting
The weekend will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, uplifted and inspired, with an unshakeable confidence in yourself and your future path ahead.

Carol Macartney will be collaborating on the Magnify Your Radiance Retreat with the incredible and inspiring Fany Bah
Carol is a powerful and loving Yogini, who has been teaching on the Isle of Wight and overseas for thirty years. She has hosted retreats all over the world, teaches classes, workshops and Bespoke Teacher Training.
Fany Bah is an artist, musician, dancer, fire performer and sound therapist amongst many other talents
