Nobles Bowling Club are delighted to announce that - further to discussions with Douglas Corporation - we are delighted to be able to offer winter greenage - that will allow people that wish to sign up the opportunity to play on our green #3 - from the end of this season through the winter until the start of the 2022 season. Playing around sessions pre booked & arranged by the Outdoor Winter League.
The cost is £30 per player.
Any members or indeed players from other clubs are welcome - so please spread the word !!!

First club evening at Nobles HQ for signing up 2021. It was good to welcome back old members & see some new faces too. Some great craaic/banter was had & some good bowling.

Looking forward to the 2021 season with first matches starting next week - good luck to our teams. 👍🏻

If you know of anyone looking to take up a new hobby don’t forget to bring them along for a free taster session. Bowls is not only a great form of gentle physical exercise it’s also great for your mental health too with emphasis on the social side of the club, we all become good friends, sharing our everyday lives with a chat and a cuppa at the end of each practice session. We know how important it is to support each other.

What a lovely day for a game of bowls. Sun was shining, big smiles and lots of laughs.

Don't forget "Signup night" is this week, Wednesday 28th April from 6.30pm at the clubhouse, there will be complimentary refreshments on offer so we can all have a bit of a catchup afterwards. Look forward to seeing everyone there. The Committee

Hello to members old & new - we are all eager to get back to some normality & keen to commence with the delayed 2021 bowls season. Further to a socially distanced meet up this morning the committee (in part) are excited to announce a date for signing up & paying subs for this year : Wednesday 28th April 2021 6pm at our Clubhouse - complimentary tea & biscuits are available - banter & most importantly the opportunity to play a few ends (weather permitting).

Douglas Corporation are concentrating their efforts in bringing our greens back to a decent standard & remedial works are well underway to allow us to open in time for the start of the season.....if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask !!
