Hale Training Membership - £50 a month
A complete all round training programme, I don’t look at this timetable as “come on do a single class here and there” this is not what this membership timetable is all about,
This is a PROGRAMME, a programme to
Make you fitter, faster and stronger. I want my members to commit to the programme… train 4/5/6 times a week if possible and use all the classes that are at there disposal to create an all round athlete in skill, fitness, strength and physique.
With this timetable you will learn, commit, push, test, perform, practice, fail, succeed, laugh, make friends and improve.
Always keeping this timetable and programme fresh and exciting through testing weeks every month and added strength movements/skill movements each month too, as well as constant changing of testing protocols so we can all see exactly where we are at with out fitness and strength.
I want to create all round athletes, taking all the work and findings i do with myself and my professional athletes and putting them into the timetable classes that I deliver gives you….To ensure nothing is left to chance and no stone is left unturned to ensure all my members are getting the results you want.
ITS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT EVERYTHING IS SCALED, a good coach is not one that just kills everybody every session… that’s easy… anyone can do that, a good coach can programme and scale workouts in a class environment where every fitness level can benefit, progress and succeed in there training… a good coach knows what workouts/days/weeks to push hard and when a change of focus to “skill” is needed depending on the demands of a workout… you will get all of this in this membership,
