Lots asking about the membership and the class timetable recently, I don’t post it enough 😂

Here it is, the only difference is the boxing classes are Monday and Wednesdays now at 7:30pm

As you can see… this timetable represents exactly what Hale Training is all about… from my athletes to my normal gym members… to myself!!! A real focus on fitness… strength… conditioning and skill, using all of this to challenge myself, my athletes and my members.

We do everything in blocks of work to ensure we’re always pushing the levels and everything is moving in the right direction.

Just look at this transformation!!! What an amazing achievement.

Jerry has worked so hard and stayed so consistent with his PT sessions, His classes and his boxing sessions.

This is what hard work and dedication get you, if you want something bad enough you will get it, his dream is to have a Boxing fight and this year we will make this happen for him.

He comes every morning to our shred and engine sessions, has sessions with me boxing and strength work and also attends our boxing classes in the evening.

Now we move to the next stage and new goals.

It’s not rocket science, simple numbers, simple methods and consistency.

Who is up for this January Shred! TRAINING EVERYDAY FOR A WHOLE MONTH!

All you need to know:
JANUARY SHRED CHALLENGE

- class everyday.. for a whole month - access to over 70 classes in the month
- Whattsapp group for your daily challenges and accountability
- Specific mini add on Home workouts provided everyday depending on your goal.. choose from a 20 minute calorie burner, strength, abs, bum or fitness session
- Sessions 6am,7am and 6:45pm on week days and 9:15am on weekends
- Starts 2nd of Jan

The sessions will be a mixed of Fitness and strength using many different disciplines of training to achieve your goals, develop your fitness, strength, knowledge & Skill

I’ve been asked alot to do one this year… so I’ve caved in, as in previous years around this festive period im doing a raffle to win a whole years worth of PT SESSIONS with Me.

As many will know I’m starting a kids boxing class back up in January, so as a bit more of a community incentive this raffle money will also go towards getting some gloves for the children that attend should they not have any of there own.

A random but great upper body session, if you haven’t got much time..
But want a serious pump I promise this will do that for you.

Set 50 minutes on the clock and do the following :
Flat Bench press x20
Wide grip pull up x5
Push ups x10
Bicep curl x15

Every 4 Rounds add weight to your Bench press (the rest stay the same)

Start the bench press on anywhere from 30kg - 50kg I start on 40kg and climb up

Enjoy, work well, rest where and whenever you need to and enjoy the pump

Hale Training Membership - £50 a month

A complete all round training programme, I don’t look at this timetable as “come on do a single class here and there” this is not what this membership timetable is all about,

This is a PROGRAMME, a programme to
Make you fitter, faster and stronger. I want my members to commit to the programme… train 4/5/6 times a week if possible and use all the classes that are at there disposal to create an all round athlete in skill, fitness, strength and physique.

With this timetable you will learn, commit, push, test, perform, practice, fail, succeed, laugh, make friends and improve.

Always keeping this timetable and programme fresh and exciting through testing weeks every month and added strength movements/skill movements each month too, as well as constant changing of testing protocols so we can all see exactly where we are at with out fitness and strength.

I want to create all round athletes, taking all the work and findings i do with myself and my professional athletes and putting them into the timetable classes that I deliver gives you….To ensure nothing is left to chance and no stone is left unturned to ensure all my members are getting the results you want.

ITS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT EVERYTHING IS SCALED, a good coach is not one that just kills everybody every session… that’s easy… anyone can do that, a good coach can programme and scale workouts in a class environment where every fitness level can benefit, progress and succeed in there training… a good coach knows what workouts/days/weeks to push hard and when a change of focus to “skill” is needed depending on the demands of a workout… you will get all of this in this membership,
