Looking to shake up your routine?
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or have never touched a glove or a bike in your life, Spin & Box is the ultimate hybrid workout designed for every body!

We’ve created a high-octane environment where technique meets intensity.

Why you’ll love it:

For the Beginners: We go back to basics. You’ll learn the core fundamentals of boxing—proper stance, hand positioning, and the geometry of a perfect punch—alongside guided coaching on the bike.

For the Pros: Already know your way around a heavy bag? This is your chance to sharpen your footwork, increase your power, and push your cardiovascular limits with high-resistance spin intervals.

The Best of Both Worlds: Half the class is dedicated to explosive power and rhythm on the bike; the other half is focused on the grit and skill of the boxing floor.

Success on race day is built in the gym. With 12 weeks to go until the Omagh Half Marathon, now is the time to build a solid foundation.

To help you cross that finish line feeling strong, we have two dedicated sessions every week:
