CEIS Ayrshire is looking for a Business Services Officer to join our team and help create real employment opportunities across Ayrshire.

This is a hands-on, outward-facing role where you’ll be out meeting employers, building relationships, and opening doors to jobs, placements, and work experience opportunities for the people we support.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into real outcomes. What matters most is attitude, communication skills, and drive.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

Engaging with employers across Ayrshire and building strong partnerships
Promoting CEIS Ayrshire employability services
Securing job, placement, and work experience opportunities
Supporting positive employment outcomes for local people

📍 Location: Ayrshire
🕐 Full-time, Permanent
💷 Salary: £25,000 per annum
🚗 Essential: Full driving licence required

As third-year apprentices, Liam and Ben shared valuable first-hand insight into Ryanair’s apprenticeship programme, including the application process, routes into the programme, and the key requirements candidates need to meet.

Sessions like this are a great way for our candidates to learn more about employers, explore career opportunities, and gain a realistic understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities involved in these roles.
