I’m organising a golf event which you & your members will hopefully be interested in.
Now that lockdown is definitely easing, I’m confident this new event will go ahead.
It’s called The Big Danda Cup at Mar Hall Golf and Spa Resort with great prizes as well as 4 juicy Hole in One prizes up for grabs, including £5,000 cash. And a prize for the Over 55s to give the older guys an incentive, too - I include myself in that! See the website www.thebigdanda.co.uk.
It's been an ambition of mine to do the event for a while and I'm excited that it's finally happening.
It is aimed at Asian golfers and also those with an Asian affiliation through family and friendship.
What also makes it different is that it's a Scotland v England event and played a week after the England v Scotland football match at Wembley so that should add spice to the occasion.
Come and take part - it would be great to have you there. If you have friends, family members, colleagues keen on golf - either in Scotland or England - then encourage them to enter, too. It's set to be a great occasion.
