Big shoutout to these superstars

+50 years old and still having lots of fun with it.

1st ever run through of Deadly Dozen and already planning to go back and break the hour.

Expectations heading was a benchmark of 1.15, smashed that and Thats credit to how hard these 2 ladies work and follow the game plan.

Well done ladies, super proud to have you a part of my team.

There was a time when having visible abs, a full meal prep fridge and never missing a session felt like the achievement.

Now I realise those things were never the goal…

They were just tools.

Discipline is a tool. It doesn’t have to become your identity.

I still prep my meals.
I still plan tomorrow, today.
I still get up early to train.

Not because I need a perfect physique.

Because life is demanding, and if I don’t prepare, life usually wins.

Planning ahead means I can fuel my body properly.
It means I can keep promises to myself.
It means I have the energy to try and be the husband, dad and coach I want to be.

Every year they grow.
A little heavier.
A little stronger.

They don’t care how much I bench press.
They don’t care whether my meals are Instagram-worthy.

What they want…

A dad who’s strong enough to lift them.
A dad who’s fit enough to keep playing.
A dad whose body is capable of meeting his son’s needs, today, next year, and for as many years as possible.

Today, I train because I want to be at my best.

Because your body should support your life, not become your life.

Bespoke group training sessions designed to build core strength, cardiovascular fitness and improve mobility.

Key features:

- Pre-training screening to check precautions for injuries
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Simple and easy home exercises for outside sessions
- Weekly group PT session
- 20% Discounted rate on Osteopathy treatment
- Sessions taken by a Personal Trainer/Osteopath (4 year Bachelors degree)

Start date: Wednesday 3rd June
Location: APX Osteopathy, Lodge Road, Sandbach, CW11 3HD
Times: 5:30-6:30pm & 6:45-7:45pm
Cost: £199 for an 8 week course

Maximum 4 people per class.

Really sad that won’t be with us as regular moving forwards. She’s become a big personality and inspiration to many in the group over the past 3 years.

However, what I do love is how much her confidence has grown in that time. To watch her grow, her personality come through and make the progress she has over this period has been the most amazing transformation. One of her goals on joining was to overcome an anxiety she had when it came to the gym. During this time she’s lost around 10kg forever and her strength and performance is way above average!

She came to the gym a shy, quiet girl but now is confident enough to take to the gym herself and I’m so proud of how well she has done both in and out of the gym.

Supported immensely by her other half , we all wish you the best and keep your promise to be at our party’s 🥳😅.

Well done mate. Really proud of you ❤️
