GeePilates Pilates mat and reformer classes in Hadleigh

Men’s mat class Thursday morning I first started pilates classes 8 years ago due to lower back and hip pain.

After a few classes I found I had made significant improvements with movement and the pain had all but disappeared. Since then I have attended regular classes and two years ago I decided to become a Pilates mat work teacher. I gained my mat work qualification with the Pilates Foundation along with my CYQ level 3 in pilates mat work.

Looking back at April and the amazing Balance Body Pilates on Tour 2026 event. So grateful to have been part of the front of house team alongside such a fantastic group of fellow teachers.

I loved taking part in the workouts and workshops with James Shaw, Gaby Nolan, Adam Ridler and the incredible Lesley Logan.

It was wonderful catching up with familiar faces, reconnecting with old contacts, and making plenty of new ones along the way. Already looking forward to the next one! ✨
