From Tuesday 7th July we’re expanding our timetable and moving to 3 training days every week.

Our Strength & Skill classes will now run on:

🔥 Tuesday
🔥 Thursday
🔥 Saturday

TUESDAY & THURSDAY

⏰ 6:30am - 7:30am
⏰ 7:45am - 8:45am
⏰ 9:30am - 10:30am

SATURDAY

⏰ 8:00am - 10:00am
⏰ 10:30am - 12:30pm

We’ve added more training opportunities because we want our members to progress even faster. More coaching, more practice and more consistency means better results.

The new 9:30am session is ideal for parents who need to complete the school run before training, while the earlier sessions are perfect for getting your workout done before work.

We’ll also be introducing:

✅ Full Memberships
Access to 1 class per day on any training day we’re open.

✅ Single Day Memberships
Choose one training day and attend any class that day each week.
