Hi All, I just wanted to let you all know that I am covering at Northgate Sports centre tomorrow evening if you are free and would like to join us please book on via Ipswich fit. It would be great to see some familiar faces.

To my Monday and Wednesday Whitton crew I am so sorry to have had to cancel classes this week. I have been unwell with Tonsillitis and an ear infection. I am on the mend now and pleased to be getting back to classes. If u wanted to get your Zumba fix for the week it would be great to c u at Northgate tomorrow if u can make it 😘

So today I proudly became a ‘This Girl Can Classes’ Instructor 🤩

This Girl Can Classes creates a supportive, motivational, Fun environment for participants that may have never taken part in group exercise fitness or have had a big break and are maybe a little worried about going along to a class.

The sessions give participants an entry level taster of various styles of fitness giving you the opportunity to try different styles and see what you like.

I can’t wait to get started teaching these sessions. As soon as I have any information to share with you about the sessions I will let you know. Please watch this Space! 👀

12 years I have been teaching at Northgate Sports centre and over 8 years I have been teaching Thursday night classes there! Tonight was my last night teaching this wonderful lot before I switch over to teaching atWhitton Sports Centre on a Thursday evening! I am going to miss every single one of them! This lot give me their all every single Thursday! And I love them all to pieces.

In that time we have had a hell of a lot of laughs, sweat and even a few tears at times! We have smashed fitness goals, weight loss goals, mental health goals and found out stuff about ourselves we didn’t even know! I have had 2 baby boys in that time too!

I am very lucky to have made so many friends in my time teaching there and I am really grateful that some of them I will still see at the other centres. But I do feel rather emotional about it all this evening!

Thankyou all for being awesome!

For those of you that feel u will miss me too much You will be able to find me at Whitton on a Monday, Wednesday and a Thursday evening 😘. But for now I hand you over to the lovely Shelley who I know will look after you well and make u work super hard!

Hi all, I have made the difficult decision to cancel Pilates in the park for the remainder of this year. I will be looking into the possibility of restarting next Spring. I will keep u all informed.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that supported my sessions this year in the park and will look forward to the opportunity of working with you again hopefully next year.

I will still be teaching for Ipswich Fit at Whitton Sports Centre. If you wish to find my Pilates sessions at Whitton Sports Centre I teach on a Monday at 7:15pm Wednesday at 7pm and from September 8th 2022 Thursdays at 6pm.

Hi guys 👋

I am back after a fabulous little break in Norfolk with my lovely little family!

I will be back at classes again from Wednesday this week including Pilates in the Park on Sunday!

If you haven’t ever tried Pilates come and give it a go! My sessions are suitable for everyone whether u have never done Pilates before or if you have regularly attended Pilates sessions all your life.

Pilates is a Mat based exercise session that uses exercises that are designed to help strengthen your core and improve your flexibility.

Session is held at Chantry Park on Sunday mornings at 9:00am til 9:45am
