This will be my final group Gong Bath offering for summer, whilst I take a break for a dance & sound filled summer back on the road for festivals & retreats✨

I am however available for 1:1s, couples, friends & intimate private group gong bookings for up to 4 souls in my home healing space at a day & time to suit you, should you wish to explore with me

Alongside alchemising energy, utilising massaging gong vibrations & sound frequencies, I'm able to tap into both our energy fields, helping to aid your healing process whilst supporting your mind, physical body & spirit

💫Indulge in a 1:1 healing experience, which can be tailored to suit your needs & focus on whatever you like, or I can take an intuitive lead to direct your session that will always include gong sound healing as the primary healing modality

I will work intuitively in the flow with you, trusting that what needs to unfold for you will, as it should. Deep relaxation invites the opportunity to truly listen. Perhaps assisting you in unblocking stagnant energy, releasing held emotions, blocks or trauma from within the body, cleansing or rebalancing your energy centres (the chakras), perhaps the use of crystals if you're open to that...

Helping to guide you through shifts, sitting with pain, letting go, making space for love, healing & growth or just simply come enjoy these yummy resonating sounds, surrendering to stillness & time for yourself!

🎧You'll be given your own silent disco headsets, to avoid disturbing our neighbours & you can pump up the volume to your own taste (we'll all be on the same rhythmic trip together)

Enjoy some embodied movement, as I invite you to gently drop out of your minds & into your bodies!

Embrace various rhythms such as tribal, instrumental, trance, electro swing, shamanic, dance, electronic, orchestral, psychedelic, dub, house, techno, ethereal & drum n bass! 🎶

👀RAVE?? 👉Dance, move, party, sit, shift blocks, boogie, skank, rechannel your energy, lay, flow, enjoy it HOWEVER it looks or feels to YOU🥳

Open to your own interpretation, you shall be warmly invited to move freely, explore, express & manifest in our welcoming space, followed by a little light stretching & short calming meditation to ground us back down, to the soothing sounds of the sea... 🌊
