A newly qualified BSc Sports Therapist from the University of Essex. Throughout the last year of University, I worked in the onsite clinic treating and rehabilitating students as well as lecturers back to their sport/normal daily activities pain-free. I am currently working with Ipswich Harriers Athletics Club on a Tuesday and Thursday evening of which I have been apart of since graduating Univers

ity, to also provide treatment and rehabilitation programmes for the athletes for them to be able to return to the sport

I have also worked within a clinical environment of which I gained a vast amount of experience with a variety of the population of all ages with all kinds of injuries. I have also worked alongside a Physiotherapist with a rugby team at Woodbridge Rugby Club. With my knowledge and experience, I am able to offer my Sports Therapy services which include:
- Sports Massage for Injuries
- Sports Massage for general aches and pains
- Injury Treatment, Rebabilitation and Advice

I am able to offer day-time mobile services between 12pm - 3pm Monday to Thursday in the Woodbridge/Ipswich area in a 10 mile radius of IP13. Contact me for information on prices and available appointments.

I hate to be negative, but I have recently had people booking appointments and then cancelling them.

PLEASE try to avoid cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice as this doesn’t give me enough time to fill appointment slots and I have clients wanting to book in that could take these slots.

If I have enough notice, I will be able to fill appointment spaces for other clients wanting/needing an appointment so please, please try to avoid this!
