When someone leaves The Hub, we don’t just lose a membership — we feel it.

That’s what makes us different from a commercial gym. People don’t just come and go unnoticed here. You’re never a number — you’re part of the energy, the community, the story.

Today was Trilly’s last session after five years with us.

Five years of showing up.
Five years of hard work.
Five years of bringing consistency, support, and great energy to every session.

We’re incredibly proud of her for backing herself and building her own gym — nothing but respect.

Our door is always open. No ego, no hard feelings — just genuine support.

Whether it’s a Bank Holiday drop-in, a catch-up workout, or a return one day… she’ll always be welcome.

2026 is bringing something powerful to The Fitness Hub — Strength Training is here.
Every Wednesday & Sunday 💪

This year we’re slowing things down (in the best way). These sessions are about movement first, form first, quality first. We lift with intent, build strong foundations, and apply sensible progressive overload only when the movement earns it — never the other way around.

Strength training is for everyone.
Long-term, it helps you:
• Build lean muscle & bone density
• Move better and reduce injury risk
• Improve posture, confidence & everyday strength
• Support longevity, metabolism & overall health

We trialled this in January and it went down really, really well with our members — the feedback, the buy-in, the progress already showing 👌

We’re excited to keep building on it, keep refining, and keep getting stronger together.

We’re buzzing to welcome James “Jam” “Morts”Mortimer back to the Hub.

Jam is one of our own. He knows the culture, the people and what the Hub is about. He’s spent time away gaining experience, upskilling and growing as a coach and he’s coming back stronger and more experienced at a brilliant time for us.

As we continue to grow and move into 2026, bringing Jam back adds even more depth, experience, stability and support for the FitFam

We’ve just received the finished video from our videographer Leon and honestly, it captures exactly what this year has been about.

This isn’t just a highlights reel of workouts or achievements.
It’s a reminder that the Fitness Hub is more than a gym.

It’s a community.
A support network.
A place to step out of your comfort zone, learn, grow, celebrate and live together.

We’ve made incredible memories this year.
We’ve pushed ourselves.
We’ve picked each other up when things were hard.
And we’ve shown up even when life made it difficult.

It would be easy to say “2025 was another incredible year.”
The truth is… it was a challenging one.
But when you look at what we’ve still achieved, the people we’ve still supported and the way we’ve stuck together… that’s what made this year incredible. Not the highlights. The heart behind all of them ❤️

When Anna first reached out to us, she was nervous. On that very first phone call, she told us she was worried…

❌ Worried about investing money into herself.
❌ Worried it wouldn’t work for her.

She’d recently had her second child. She felt like she’d lost her identity a bit. Low energy. Unhappy in her body. A severe back problem and pain that doctors hadn’t been able to fix. She was literally shaking when she came in for her first session.
