THE ONE THING THAT CHANGED MY BODY MORE THAN ANY WORKOUT
💪🏻 Not a new program. Not a new split. Tracking what I actually eat.
💪🏻 For years I trained hard and still couldn't work out why my body wasn't changing the way it should. Turns out I wasn't eating badly
💪🏻 I just had no idea what I was actually eating. Once I knew my calories and macros instead of guessing, that's when everything moved. Not from an extra session in the gym.
WHY TRACKING BEATS TRAINING HARDER:
➡️ You can't fix what you can't see. Most blokes think they eat "alright." Track it for a few days and you realise how far off you actually are.
➡️ Training hard on the wrong fuel just means you're working harder for less. You can out-train a bad diet for a while, you can't out-train not knowing what you're eating.
➡️ It's not about eating less, it's about eating on purpose. Right now I'm in a winter bulk... more food, more calories, building strength and muscle before I cut back next year. I can only do that properly because I know the numbers. Without tracking you're just guessing in the dark, in either direction.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED FOR ME ONCE I STARTED:
✅️ Less processed food, more of the good fats and proper complex carbs
✅️ Enough protein that I'm not starving by 3pm
✅️ More energy through the day, not just in the gym
✅️ T-shirts fitting better, and that's not a gym result, that's a food result
HOW I GET NEW CLIENTS STARTED WITH THIS:
Before anything else, I get them tracking what they're actually eating for a couple of days. No changes yet, just data. You can't build a plan around what someone eats if neither of you actually knows what that is.
If you've never tracked a single day of eating, that's step one. Not a diet. Just find out what's actually going in.
DM BLUEPRINT if you want to know what you're actually working with.
