Don't rush the process if you want real results

Real progression takes longer than you realise

You may see someone lifting heavier, but that may have taken them 10 - 15 - 20 years to achieve

The can not cheat the process or it will make you pay for it

Real results don't happen in 12 weeks, you have to want this as a lifestyle

Building Real strength, stonger muscles, ligaments and tendons. Better form amd posture and less pain as you get older is the real win

A lot of working men think they can only have two out of three things... time, fitness, or family.

I've coached enough of you to know that's not true.

You don't need more hours in the day, you need the fitness sorted first.

Get that right, three to four sessions a week, proper structure, and you've actually got the energy left to give to your family instead of nothing.

Comment "BLUEPRINT" and I'll send you the plan I use with my own clients.

Most men hammer chest, arms and shoulders...

Then wonder why their posture is getting worse and their physique isn't looking how they want it to.

Your rear delts are a small muscle, but they play a big role in shoulder position, posture and creating that wider, stronger-looking upper body.

If all you ever train is what you see in the mirror, you're leaving a lot of progress on the table.

Train the front.

Train the back.

Build a physique that looks good from every angle.

Most men wait until they feel confident.

Until they feel motivated.

Until they feel ready.

The problem is that day never comes.

The gym feels uncomfortable.
Starting a diet feels uncomfortable.
Posting online feels uncomfortable.
Having difficult conversations feels uncomfortable.

Growth usually sits on the other side of discomfort.

The men who change their lives aren't fearless.

They just take action before they feel ready.

What's one thing you've been putting off because it makes you uncomfortable?

15/06/2026

You have to be willing to be uncomfortable to:

🔥 Lose that 10-15kg you've been struggling with for years
🔥 Build the muscle and strength you want
🔥 Have more energy after work
🔥 Feel confident when you look in the mirror

If you stay comfortable, don't be surprised when nothing changes.

Most people don't fail because the plan doesn't work.

They fail because they never put themselves in the position to succeed.

The early mornings.
The workouts when you can't be bothered.
Saying no to the takeaway.
Doing what needs to be done when you don't feel like it.

That's where the results come from.

Add this tri-set to your arm day

💪🏻 EZ Prescher curls
💪🏻 Dumbbell hammer curls
💪🏻 Incline bicep curls

3 x 12 of each, with 20 seconds between each exercise

Then rest for 60-90 seconds between each set 🔥

Doing them one at a time with adequate rest definitely has its pros, being able to lift more weight

But try this 👊🏻 work within your strength and ability

Most men don't fail because of a bad workout.

They fail because nobody is holding them accountable.

Weekly check-ins. Weekly goals. Regular calls. Daily support.

That's how results become predictable.

Most people are wasting every bicep curl they do

Get the most out of your EZ Bicep Curl 💪🏻

I use this way of lifting with all my bicep exercise (well all exercises really)

Rather than resting at, what should be the most effective part of the exercise

Instead, focus on recruiting more muscle fibers and making the each rep as effective as possible
